Dehydrated Kale chips

I would like to introduce a "playful but healthy" dish that even picky eaters will enjoy: dehydrated kale aka kale chips! This is very similar to dried seaweed and is not as harmful as chips sold in supermarkets. My children are very picky eaters and when I do this, they eat without stopping.


In the video, I made three types of homemade kale chips and dried jackfruit.


Dehydrated kale chips are a popular snack that offer several potential health benefits. Some of the benefits of dehydrated kale chips include:

It's worth noting that dehydrated kale chips can be high in sodium if they are seasoned with salt, so it's important to watch your sodium intake if you are consuming them regularly. Additionally, dehydrated kale chips are not a complete replacement for fresh kale in your diet, as they lack some of the beneficial compounds found in fresh kale.
